Can I add special shipping instructions to my order?

Please do not leave any shipping instructions when checking out the order as we are unable to pass these on to the shipping company. The shipping companies that we use all have functions for you to tailor the delivery of your order so that it works for you.

In the tracking information you receive, you will find instructions for how you can contact the shipping company to set up the delivery.

We want to make sure that you do receive your order, and our guitars in particular are very valuable. For this reason, we have "Signature Required" on our deliveries, and cannot ship without this. Generally speaking, we can only ship to the billing or alternative shipping address and once the order is placed, we can not change the shipping address.
