How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

As soon as we have booked the shipping, you will receive an email containing information about how to track the shipment.

To check the status of your order, go to My account and navigate to Orders. If the order status is "Processing" or "On hold", we have not yet shipped your order. Once the shipping has been booked the order status will change to "Completed".
