Will my instrument get a setup before delivery?

Yes! Every guitar and bass purchased directly from us undergoes a full setup before delivery.

We conduct thorough quality checks at multiple stages of production. Before shipping, our in-house .strandberg* expert technicians perform a final inspection and set up each instrument to factory specifications, including neck relief, action, and intonation.

We use the factory-specified tuning and string gauges for each model and are unable to accommodate requests for alternative tunings or string gauges before shipping.

If you prefer a different tuning or string gauge, we recommend having your instrument set up by a qualified guitar technician after delivery.
