My tremolo will not pull up, what can I do?

Several batches of our tremolo units in 2018 left the factory with glue missing from a screw that sits at the bottom of the tremolo arm attachment. The problem can manifest itself in a few different ways, for example: when installing the tremolo arm, it doesn't catch the threads; it is not possible to pull the tremolo backwards; or there is a rattling sound when playing the guitar, or attempting to flutter with the tremolo.

This issue is easy to correct, by simply gluing the screw in place, and Ola discusses the process in this video.

This issue is covered by the warranty, as long as it is reported within the warranty period. If you are not comfortable with correcting it yourself, please contact the dealer where you purchased the guitar (or contact us if you purchase direct) for repair.
