I have special shipping instructions (require signature, delivery on a particular day, etc.)

When we ship your guitar, you will receive tracking information via e-mail. The shipping companies that we use all have functions for you to tailor the delivery of your order so that it works for you, but we are not able to pass on any instructions from you to the shipping company, other than your e-mail address and telephone number, so please make sure that you enter this information correctly. In the tracking information you receive, you will find instructions for how you can contact the shipping company to set up the delivery.

We want to make sure that you do receive your order, and our guitars in particular are very valuable. For this reason, we have "Signature Required" on our deliveries, and cannot ship without this. Generally speaking, we can only ship to the billing address of your payment method (although you may contact us in advance, if you have specific needs). Once the order is placed, we can not change the shipping address.

If you know that you will not be able to accept the delivery of your order for some reason (travel, illness, etc.) please get in touch, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests by for example delaying the shipment until after a certain date. Note that the shipping companies provide us with a range of delivery times (for example 3-5 business days) and that deliveries are sometimes delayed for reasons beyond our control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day.
