I'm trying to pay for my order, but just return to the same page. What is wrong?

We have received reports of customers attempting to place orders, but just being returned to the same page again. The cause is a software update in our eCommerce platform in July 2019, resulting in that the shop now requires you to be logged in if your e-mail is registered with us already, i.e. if you have shopped with us before.

If this happens to you, please scroll to the top of the screen and follow the link to log in. Once you are logged in, you should be able to complete placing the order.
