Can I cancel my order?

Depending on your chosen payment method we may or may not be able to cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped out. Please contact us either via email or chat as soon as possible.

If the payment has been completed, we have to issue a refund that may take a few bank days to show up in your statement.
