Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we offer free returns within 30 days from delivery for orders placed online through our web shop. If you wish to return any ordered items, please contact our customer support within 30 days from delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
You can choose to be refunded to the original payment method, or to have the item exchanged if there was something wrong with it.
We will organize the return shipping and let you know about the arrangements.
If your purchase was not made in our web shop, but processed manually, the shipping cost will be taken out of your refund. If the purchase was done through any other channel, such as a dealer, you need to contact the seller for the return.
