Where do you ship and what's the shipping cost?
Currently, we ship web shop orders to the following destinations:
- US - Orders ship from our operations in Riverside, CA.
For all instrument orders (or other orders over $100) we offer free shipping within the Continental US with FedEx Ground.
Orders below $100 ship with FedEx, with the cost calculated at checkout.
- Europe (including UK, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland*) - Orders ship from Uppsala, Sweden.
For all instrument orders we offer free shipping with DHL Express, or PostNord for Swedish orders.
Accessories and spare parts orders ship with PostNord, with the cost calculated at checkout, or with free shipping for orders over 100€.
* If you reside outside the European Union, e.g. in UK, Norway, Switzerland, or Iceland, you will be billed local import taxt and duties according to your country’s legislation. For more information, see this article.
If we don’t ship directly to your country, you can still get your order through our network of trusted dealers. We work with select partners who provide local support in your language, handle shipping and import fees, and some dealers even offer global shipping.
