Where do you ship and what's the shipping cost?
Currently, we ship to the following destinations:
- US - Orders ship from Riverside, CA.
For orders over $100 we offer free shipping within the Continental US with FedEx Ground. Orders below $100 ship with USPS, with the cost calculated at checkout.
- EU (including UK, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland*) - Orders ship from Uppsala, Sweden.
For orders over 100€ we offer free shipping with DHL Express, or PostNord for Swedish orders. Orders below 100€ ship with PostNord, with the cost calculated at checkout. * If you reside outside the European Union, e.g. in UK, Norway, Switzerland, or Iceland, you will be billed local import taxt and duties according to your country’s legislation. If you country is not included in the destinations we ship to, please check out our Dealers Page as we have chosen to set up exclusive distribution agreements in certain countries. This is to be able to offer service and support in the local language, as well as take care of shipping and import fee arrangements in the best possible way.
